Delivery Details
We deliver to any address within the UK Mainland - below is an indication of predicted delivery times along with areas we do not deliver too. Delivery is free for orders over £500.00 Delivery charge for orders under £500.00 is £35.00

Stompa / Thuka / Scallywag / Julian Bowen / Verona / Joseph / Jack and Jemima/ Hyder For the above listed brands in red we offer a CURBSIDE 1 Man delivery. This means that the goods will be delivered to your front door. It is the responsibility of you as a customer to take the goods into your home, at times the driver may offer to help you into your home with your order however this is at the drivers discretion. Our drivers are not insured to go into you property. At times your order may arrive on a pallet, please note the pallet will be off loaded to your front door, it is not the responsibility of the driver to remove the pallet. Alfrank / Alstons / Cintique / Corndell / Cintique / Flame / GPlan / Kingstown / Sealy / Sherborne For the above listed brands in green we offer a fully insured 2 MAN DELIVERY where we will come into you home and take your order to the room of your choice, we will remove any packaging and attend to any light assembly work (eg, attaching a divan base)
Cancellations prior to delivery - If you wish to cancel an order placed and the product you have ordered is "made to order" or "has arrived at our warehouse ready for dispatch" it is unlikely we are able to sell it to another customer at the full selling price. We will therefore reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 40% of the order price.
Returning Delivered Goods - The Distance Selling Regulations 2000. We want you to be entirely happy with your new purchase however if you decide you are not entirely happy with it or you have simply changed your mind then please contact us within 7 working days of receiving the goods. We are happy for you to return the goods to us at your cost, alternatively we can arrange a collection at a cost of £100.00 – We ask that you please return the goods back in the original packaging taking care to reseal the box so we are able to resell.
Delivery Details - You can normally expect at least 3-5 days notice of your delivery day. A time slot is usually given - this may help to avoid waiting around all day! The goods, or at least the packaging, need to be checked and signed for. In the unlikely case of fault or damage please register this with the driver who will liaise with us. If there is no-one available to accept an arranged delivery, and the goods have to be returned to us, then unfortunately the customer will incur a delivery charge. We would then contact the customer to discuss alternative arrangements. Delivery times for our furniture ranges vary. Some ranges are held in stock in our warehouse, some are arriving on a regular basis whilst others are manufactured to order. Any delivery date or period for delivery given will be considered as indicative only, although its our policy to fulfil all orders in the estimated time given. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT YOUR NEW FURNITURE CAN FIT IN TO YOUR ROOM OF CHOICE. We can not be held responsible for the return of goods due to items not being able to fit in your room. You are responsible for providing a safe means of access from the public highway to the place of delivery. If our Courier considers that access is unsafe then the Goods will not be delivered until safe access is provided. If we are unable to deliver your Goods due to there being no safe means of access to the place of delivery we shall be entitled to cancel your order and refund your payments less the costs of the failed delivery at £75 + VAT administration fee. If we accidentally damage goods in the course of the delivery then our liability for that damage is limited to the repair or replacement of the goods or the value thereof. Where a delivery date has been agreed with our Carrier but you are not present to receive the delivery we reserve the right to charge you a minimum of £50 to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery. We reserve the right to charge you for any subsequent deliveries You are liable for any loss or extra cost incurred by us through your instructions or lack of instructions or through failure or delay in taking delivery or through any acts or defaults on your part. Once Goods have been signed for upon delivery, we cannot accept any claims for any damage to those Goods.
